摘要
基于新型城镇化的内涵,设计面向县域尺度的新型城镇化水平测度指标体系,并综合运用因子分析法和GIS技术,对全国统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区——成都2003—2018年新型城镇化水平及其时空演变特征进行了全面分析。结果显示:成都新型城镇化水平不断提高,市辖各区之间的差距在逐步缩小,呈现出非常明显的由内向外依圈层逐渐降低的梯次空间分布格局,但这一空间分布格局正在被逐步打破,进步的核心区逐渐由中心城区向近郊区和远郊区蔓延,使得其发展结构随时间发生了明显演化。
Based on the connotation of new urbanization, a new urbanization evaluation index system oriented to the country-level was scientifically designed, combined with factor analysis and GIS, a comprehensive and systematic analysis of Chengdu’s new urbanization level and its spatio-temporal evolution characteristics from 2004 to 2018 was conducted. The results showed three aspects: firstly, the overall level of Chengdu’s new urbanization continued to improve, and the gap between the various regions under its jurisdiction was gradually narrowing;secondly, Chengdu’s new urbanization generally presented a very obvious spatial distribution pattern of gradation gradually decreasing from the inside to the outside on the circle, which was gradually disintegrating;thirdly, the progressive core area gradually spread from the central city to the inner and outer suburbs,making its development structure evolve significantly over time.
