不同能量水平饲粮对25~35 kg陕北白绒山羊公羔生长发育的影响 被引量:1

Effect of different energy levels on growth and development of 25-35 kg male Shanbei White Cashmere goats

摘要 为了研究饲粮不同能量水平对25~35 kg陕北白绒山羊公羔生长发育的影响,将32只体重(26.27±1.49)kg的6月龄陕北白绒山羊公羔,随机分为4组,分别饲喂消化能水平为9.28(Ⅰ)、9.77(Ⅱ)、10.27(Ⅲ)和10.77 MJ/kg(Ⅳ)饲粮,于试验期1、15、30、45和60 d测定羊的体重和体尺。结果显示,试验期1~15 d,Ⅱ组羊平均日增重和相对生长显著高于Ⅳ组和Ⅰ组(P<0.05),胸宽指数高于其他组(P<0.01或P<0.05),胸宽指数Ⅰ组显著高于Ⅳ组和Ⅲ组(P<0.05);试验期16~30 d,Ⅱ组羊平均日增重、绝对生长、管围和胸深显著高于Ⅳ组(P<0.05),相对生长显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅲ组体躯指数和Ⅱ组体长指数均显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅳ组(P<0.05);试验期31~45 d,Ⅱ组羊体斜长和骨指数均显著高于Ⅳ组(P<0.05),胸宽显著高于其他组(P<0.05),管围极显著高于Ⅳ组(P<0.01)且显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅳ组体躯指数显著低于其他组(P<0.05);试验期46~60 d,Ⅱ组相对生长、平均日增重和骨指数均显著高于Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组(P<0.05),绝对生长显著高于Ⅳ组(P<0.05),管围显著高于其他组(P<0.05),Ⅰ组胸宽指数极显著低于其他组(P<0.01)。综上,随着饲粮能量水平的提高,25~35 kg陕北白绒山羊公羔体重、体尺及体尺指数的变化整体上呈先增高后降低的趋势,Ⅱ组饲粮的能量水平对25~35 kg陕北白绒山羊公羔的生长发育效果较好。 In order to determine the effects of dietary energy levels on the growth and development of 25-35 kg male Shanbei White Cash⁃mere goats,a total of 32 healthy 6-month-old male Shanbei White Cashmere goats with similar body weight(26.27±1.49)kg were select⁃ed and randomly divided into 4 groups(GroupsⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣ),using a single-factor randomized block design.The four groups of goats were fed with four diets of different digestive energy(DE)levels(9.28,9.77,10.27 and 10.77 MJ/kg).The feeding experiment lasted for 60 days,and the weight and body measurement indexes of the tested goats were recorded on days 1,15,30,45 and 60 d of the feeding ex⁃periment,respectively.The results showed that,in the experimental period of 1-15 days,the average daily gain and relative growth of GroupⅡwas significantly higher than that of GroupsⅣandⅠ(P<0.05),that the chest width of GroupⅡwas significantly higher than the other three groups(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and that the chest width index of GroupⅡwas significantly low than that of the GroupsⅣandⅢ(P<0.05).During the test period of 16-30 days,the average daily gain,absolute growth,cannon circumference and chest circumference of GroupⅡwere significantly higher than those of GroupⅣ(P<0.05),with a relative growth significantly higher than that of GroupⅠ(P<0.05).The body trunk index of GroupⅢand the body length index of GroupⅡwere both significantly higher than those of GroupsⅠandⅣ(P<0.05).From 31 to 45 days of the test period,the body length and bone index of GroupⅡwas significantly higher than that of GroupⅣ(P<0.05),the chest width of GroupⅡwas significantly higher than that of the other three groups(P<0.05),and the cannon circum⁃ference of GroupⅡwas extremely significantly higher than that of GroupⅣ(P<0.01)and significantly higher than that of GroupⅠ(P<0.05);and the body trunk index of GroupⅣwas significantly lower than that of the other three groups(P<0.05).During the test period of 46-60 days,the relative growth,average daily gain and bone indexes of GroupⅡwere significantly higher than those of GroupsⅢandⅣ(P<0.05),the absolute growth of GroupⅡwas significantly higher than that of GroupⅣ(P<0.05),and the chest width index of GroupⅠwas extremely significantly lower than of the other three groups(P<0.01).In summary,with the increasing dietary energy levels,the change of weight,body size and body size indexes of the 25-35 kg male Shaanbei White Cashmere goats showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The energy level of the diet for GroupⅡhas a better effect on the growth and development of the male goats.
