枯草芽孢杆菌B-1165制剂对产气荚膜梭菌感染肉鸡生长性能和肠道健康的影响 被引量:8

摘要 试验旨在探讨枯草芽孢杆菌B-1165制剂对产气荚膜梭菌感染肉鸡生长性能、肠道病变、肠道免疫等的影响。将240只1日龄罗斯308肉鸡随机分成4组:A(空白)组、B(攻毒)组、C(低剂量)组、D(高剂量)组,每组4个重复,每个重复15只。其中C、D组日粮分别在基础日粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌制剂200 g/t、400 g/t,B、C、D组于16日龄接种球虫疫苗,18~21日龄感染产气荚膜梭菌,试验期37 d。研究表明:饲料中添加枯草芽孢杆菌制剂,特别是高剂量添加,对产气荚膜梭菌感染肉鸡的生长性能有显著提升作用,对感染肉鸡的肠道病变均有不同程度的改善作用,同时,分泌型免疫球蛋白(SIgA)、紧密连接蛋白(ZO-1)的含量极显著增高(P<0.01),抗炎因子(IL-10、IL-13)表达水平显著增高(P<0.05),肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的含量极显著降低(P<0.01),增加有益菌乳杆菌属等的相对丰度(P>0.05),减少有害菌弯曲杆菌属等的相对丰度(P>0.05),能够增强肠道防御机能,促进肠道健康。 This study was to investigate the effects of Bacillus subtilis B-1165 preparations on growth performance,intestinal pathology and intestinal immunity of broilers infected with Clostridium perfringens.A total of 240 Ross 308 broilers at 1 day of age were obtained and ran⁃domly divided into four groups,including A(the blank group),B(the infected group),C(the low-dose group)and D(the high-dose group),with 4 replicates per treatment and 15 broilers per replicate.The groups C and D were fed with diets of 200 g/t and 400 g/t of Bacil-lus subtilis B-1165 preparations,respectively,the groups B,C,and D were infected with the coccidia vaccine at 16 days of age,and Clos-tridium perfringens at 18-21 days of age.The test lasted for 37 days.The results showed that the supplementation of Bacillus subtilis B-1165 preparations to the feed,especially with high dose,significantly improved the growth performance of the broilers infected by Clostridium per-fringens,and improved the intestinal pathology of the infected broilers to varying degrees.At the same time,the contents of their immuno-globulin(SIgA)and tight junction protein(ZO-1)were significantly increased(P<0.01),the expression levels of anti-inflammatory fac-tors(IL-10,IL-13)in the broilers were significantly increased(P<0.01),the content of tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)in them was significantly decreased(P<0.01),the relative abundance of beneficial bacteria such as Lactobacillus(P>0.05)in them increased,but the relative abundance of harmful bacteria such as Campylobacter(P>0.05)in them reduced.In summary,supplementation of Bacillus subtilis B-1165 preparations reduced the damage of C.perfringens infection to the broilers,enhanced their intestinal defenses,and promoted their in⁃testinal health.
