基于指标性成分含量测定及指纹图谱对蒙药质量控制的研究进展

Research Progress on Quality Control of Mongolian Medicine Based on Content Determination and Fingerprint of Index Components

蒙医药具有独特完整的理论体系,如三根学说、七素学说、六基症理论等。蒙药是由蒙医学理论指导下发展而来,是我国民族药的重要组成部分,广泛使用于蒙医院。目前蒙药的质量标准体系较落后,尤其是含量测定标准尚未完善,严重制约蒙药的安全使用及蒙药的现代化与国际化。随着色谱分离、分析方法以及化合物结构鉴定手段的进步,蒙药化学成分的研究进展很快,积累了一定的基础,由于蒙药具有多成分、多靶点的特点,利用高效液相色谱测定蒙药中指标性成分含量与指纹图谱的研究方法是蒙药质量标准建立及蒙药多组分药效物质基础研究的主要手段。本文总结近年来蒙药指标性成分含量测定和指纹图谱的研究,为进一步深入研究和制定蒙药质量标准及蒙药药效物质基础研究提供参考。

Mongolian medicine has a unique and complete theoretical system,such as three root theory,seven element theory,six basic disease theory and so on.Mongolian medicine is developed under the guidance of the theoretical system of Mongolian medicine.It is an important part of ethnic medicine in China and is widely used in Mongolian hospitals.At present,the quality standard system of Mongolian medicine is relatively backward,especially the content determination standard,which seriously restricts the safe use of Mongolian medicine and the modernization and internationalization of Mongolian medicine.With the progress of chromatographic separation,analysis methods and compound structure identification methods,the researches on the chemical components of Mongolian medicine have a rapid progress.As Mongolian medicine has the characteristics of multi-component and multi-target,the research method of determining the content and fingerprint of index components in Mongolian medicine by HPLC is the main means to establish the quality standard of Mongolian medicine and study the material basis of multi-component efficacy of Mongolian medicine.This paper summarizes the researches on the content determination and fingerprint of Mongolian medicine index components in recent years,so as to provide reference for further researches of Mongolian medicine quality standard and material basis of Mongolian medicine efficacy.
