摘要
目的结合大型检验检测机构现状,探索如何在有限的管理成本中寻求更高的管理效率,开展分级管理评审制度。方法通过六合分析法(5W1H),探索分级管理评审的理论和实践基础,提出药品检验机构应分级管理评审的未来可行性。结果在规模较大,检测领域涉及较广的机构中,分级管理评审能够达到更好的效果。结论建议类似中大型机构根据自身情况,开展分级管理,能够更好地发挥管理评审的作用并提升其适宜性、充分性、有效性。
OBJECTIVE To explore how to seek higher management efficiency with limited management costs,and develop a hierarchical management review system.METHODS Through the 5W1H analysis method,the theoretical and practical basis of hierarchical management review was explored,and the future feasibility of hierarchical management review by drug testing institutions was proposed.RESULTS It is found that in larger testing institutions,the graded management review can achieve better results.CONCLUSION It is recommended that similar medium or large institutions carry out graded management reviews according to their own conditions,in order to improve their suitability,adequacy and effectiveness.
