以生态-旅游促进共同富裕:基于云南沧源佤族自治县的实践

Common Prosperity through Ecological-Tourism:Based on Practice of Cangyuan Wa Autonomous County,Yunnan Province

因地制宜探索走向共同富裕的有效路径是当前中国面临的一项重大课题。通过对云南沧源佤族自治县乡村旅游与农村人居环境治理的田野调查,对二者相互结合、促进农业农村高质量发展和共同富裕的过程展开研究。研究结果显示,农业景观化、乡村城镇化和农民职业化是形塑生态-经济-生活“三位一体”格局的关键因素,也是促进农业农村高质量发展及走向共同富裕的基本前提;社区合作经济和新型农村集体经济则是农业农村从高质量发展走向共同富裕的转化机制。沧源佤族自治县的实践初步证明,通过生态-旅游引领,可以推动农业农村高质量发展并走向共同富裕。

It is a significant topic to explore an effective pathway towards common prosperity that fits into local conditions.Based on the field survey on Cangyuan Wa autonomous county,Yunnan province,this research focuses on promoting the process of rural high-quality development and common prosperity through rural tourism and rural living environments governance.It could be concluded that agriculture landscape,urbanization,and career-peasant system are the key factors of forming the trinity system of ecologyeconomy-life,and are basic precondition of promoting rural high-quality development and achieving common prosperity.The rural cooperative economy and new rural collective economy are transitional mechanisms from high-quality development to common prosperity.Through initial practices,it bears out to be an effective pathway towards rural revitalization and common prosperity through ecological environment governance and rural tourism.
