When the bias and precision are controlled, if the uncertainty of bias and other effects are ignored, the standard deviation of capability evaluation is used as the estimated value of measurement uncertainty.The method of precision calculation is given in this paper.The paper also analyzes the applicable conditions of using capability verification data to evaluate measurement uncertainty, and it’s typical application is also given.
