摘要
为了更准确地校准大流量采样器,减少校准过程中校准装置的阻力,研究了用压力表征大流量空气采样器流量的新校准方法。基于伯努利原理,设计了一套测量大流量采样器采样流量与动压关系的装置,得到了流量-动压的对应关系,并与传统质量流量计测量时产生的阻力进行比较。大流量采样器的流量-动压对应关系成指数关系,并且测量时对大流量采样器阻力明显小于传统的质量流量计。该方法可以有效测量大流量采样器的采样流量。
In order to calibrate the high-flow sampler more accurately and reduce the resistance of the calibration device in the calibration process, a new calibration method using pressure to characterize the flow of high-flow air sampler was studied. Based on bernoulli principle, a set of device was designed to measure the relationship between sampling flow and dynamic pressure of large flow sampler, and the corresponding relationship between flow and dynamic pressure was obtained, and the resistance generated by the traditional mass flowmeter was compared.The flow-dynamic pressure correspondence of the large-flow sampler is exponential, and the resistance to the large-flow sampler is obviously less than that of the traditional mass flowmeter. This method can be effectively used to test the sampling flow of large flow sampler.
