摘要
农业科技创新对于保障人民美好生活、推进农业农村现代化、服务农业绿色高质量发展具有重要作用。文章从研究方向、资源投入、工作体制、运行机制等方面分析了当前我国农业科技创新的主要短板,并从政府部门、科研单位和科研人员三个层面提出推进农业科技创新需要处理好的几种关系。
Agricultural science and technology innovation plays an important role in ensuring the people’s better life, promoting agricultural and rural modernization and serving green and high quality development. The main shortcomings of China’s agricultural science and technology innovation were analyzed in the paper from studying direction, resources input, working mechanism and operating mechanism.Suggestions were put forward on several relationships that need to be handled well to promote agricultural science and technology innovation from the three levels of the government departments, scientific research institutions and scientific researchers.
