摘要
农业科研工作对试验基地的依赖性极强,科学合理的基地绩效管理可以有效提升试验基地的发展水平。平衡计分卡是一种多元化、多维度的平衡理念和模式,文章将其引入农业科研试验基地绩效管理中,并进行修正、指标设计,构建了4个维度14项一级指标56项二级指标的绩效管理体系,这对于进一步推进农业科研试验基地绩效管理、资源的优化配置以及基地高质量发展具有十分重要的现实指导意义。
Agricultural scientific research work is highly dependent on the experimental bases. Scientific and reasonable base performance management can effectively improve the development level of the experimental bases. As a diversified and multi-dimensional balance concept and model, the balanced scorecard was introduced into the performance management of agricultural scientific research and experimental bases. Indicators were modified and designed, and a performance management system with 4 dimensions, 14 primary indicators and 56secondary indicators was constructed. This study has very important practical guiding significance for the performance management, optimal allocation of resources and high quality development of agricultural scientific research and experimental bases.
