摘要
河北省农林科学院办公自动化系统是利用现代信息和通信技术手段将先进的管理和服务理念融入单位的行政管理中,实现对公文、财务、人事、科研、成果等各个环节的科学管理,并为领导决策提供科学数据。文章对河北省农林科学院办公自动化系统建设过程中遇到的一些问题进行分析与思考,并从提供更加稳定及符合使用习惯的办公体验、实现网上数据共享、对知识进行共享再利用、不断加强网络安全建设等方面提出后期建设方向,以期为其他农业科研院所办公自动化系统建设提供参考。
In the construction of office automation system of Hebei Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences, advanced management and service concepts are integrated into the administrative management of the unit by means of modern information and communication technology. The purpose is to realize the scientific management of official documents, finance, personnel, scientific research, achievements and other links, and provide scientific data for leaders’ decision-making. Some problems encountered in the construction process were analyzed and considered in the paper. The later construction direction were put forward from supply stable and convenient working experiences, realize data sharing online, knowledge sharing and re-use, strengthening safety of internet. This will provide reference for other academies of agricultural sciences to build office automation system.
