摘要
以普通电供暖散热器(简称电散热器)、低温辐射电热膜供暖装置(简称电热膜)、蓄热型电供暖装置(简称蓄热电散热器)作为研究对象,建立供暖房间三维模型,对房间的温度场与速度场进行模拟与比对分析,评价房间温度分布均匀性。电散热器供暖房间中心点空气温度在130 min左右趋于稳定,约26.3℃。电散热器附近及上方顶棚处空气流速比较高,人员活动区域空气流速均低于0.15 m/s且均匀稳定。电热膜供暖房间中心点空气温度在100 min左右趋于稳定,约25.6℃。电热膜附近空气流速范围为0.20~0.25 m/s,除电热膜附近及涡流区外,其他区域空气流速分布均匀,均小于0.15 m/s。蓄热电散热器供暖房间蓄(放)热阶段初期室内空气温度分层不明显,蓄(放)热阶段末期、放热阶段室内空气温度以高温射流为中心向周围逐渐递减,分层明显。蓄放热周期内室内空气温度变化幅度比较大。人员活动区域空气流速为0.005 m/s。电热膜供暖房间温度分布均匀性最佳,其次为电散热器供暖,蓄热电散热器供暖房间温度分布均匀性最差。
Taking ordinary electric heating radiator(referred to as electric radiator),low-temperature radiation electric heating film heating device(referred to as electric heating film),and thermal storage type electric heating device(referred to as thermal storage electric radiator)as the research objects,a three-dimensional model of the heating room was established.The temperature field and velocity field of the room were simulated and compared to evaluate the uniformity of temperature distribution in the room.The air temperature at the central point of the room heated by the electric radiator tends to be stable at about 130 min,with about 26.3℃.The air velocity near the electric radiator and the ceiling above is relatively high,and the air velocity in the personnel activity area is lower than 0.15 m/s and is uniform and stable.The air temperature at the central point of the room heated by the electric heating film tends to be stable at about 100 min,with about 25.6℃.The air velocity near the electric heating film ranges from 0.20 to 0.25 m/s.Except for the vicinity of the electric heating film and the eddy current area,the air velocity distribution in other areas is uniform,and all are less than 0.15 m/s.The stratification of indoor air temperature is not obvious at the beginning of the heat storage(release)stage of the room heated by the thermal storage electric radiator,and at the end of the heat storage(release)stage and the heat release stage,the indoor air temperature is gradually decreasing to the surrounding area with the high temperature jet as the center,and the stratification is obvious.The indoor air temperature changes greatly during the heat storage and release cycle.The air velocity in the personnel activity area is 0.005 m/s.The temperature distribution uniformity of the room heated by the electric heating film is the best,followed the room heated by the electric heating radiator,and the temperature distribution uniformity of the room heated by the thermal storage electric radiator is the worst.
