摘要
通过互换性计算得出满足12T天然气要求的最大掺氢比例为23%。试验研究了居民用户和商业用户燃烧设备在不同掺氢比例下的燃烧性能,调研分析了供暖用户、电厂、CNG加气母站、天然气液化工厂的可掺氢情况。综合分析认为,10%的掺氢比例不会对居民用户产生显著影响,居民用户、商业用户、供暖用户需要进一步开展研究,电厂、CNG加气母站、天然气液化工厂等特殊用户对氢的敏感性较强,在不进行改造的情况下,气源中不适宜掺氢。
Through the interchangeability calculation,it is concluded that the maximum hydrogen blending ratio that meets the requirements of 12T natural gas is 23%.The combustion performance of the combustion equipment of residential users and commercial users under different hydrogen blending ratios is studied experimentally,and the hydrogen blending conditions of heating users,power plants,primary CNG refueling stations and natural gas liquefaction plants are investigated and analyzed.The comprehensive analysis shows that the hydrogen blending ratio of 10%will not have a significant impact on residential users.The residential users,commercial users and heating users need to carry out further research.Special users such as power plants,primary CNG refueling stations and natural gas liquefaction plants are more sensitive to hydrogen,and it is not suitable to blend hydrogen in the gas source without transformation.
