天然气防冻堵加热系统能耗分析及改造方案 被引量:1

摘要 以北方地区某天然气门站为例,对天然气防冻堵加热设备进行能耗分析并提出节能改造方案。针对门站调压区、办公区共用1套加热系统的问题,提出节能改造方案,并给出2种不同的温度控制策略,预计节约能耗(以标准煤计)分别为181.86、232.50 t,碳减排量可达295.62、377.95 t,投资回收期约为0.33、0.26 a。控制1.6 MPa压力出口温度为0℃为最安全的策略,门站天然气消耗量比改造前降低42.9%,控制1.6 MPa压力出口温度为-5℃也可以保证运行安全,门站天然气消耗量比改造前降低54.9%。 Taking a natural gas gate station in northern China as an example,the energy consumption of natural gas antifreeze blocking heating equipment is analyzed,and the energy-saving transformation scheme is put forward.Aiming at the problem that the pressure regulating area and office area of the gate station share a set of heating system,an energy-saving transformation scheme is proposed,and two different temperature control strategies are given.It is estimated that the energy saving(calculated by standard coal)is 181.86 and 232.50 tons,respectively,the carbon emission reduction can reach 295.62 and 377.95 tons,and the investment payback period is about 0.33 and 0.26 years.Controlling the outlet temperature of 1.6 MPa pressure to 0℃is the safest strategy,and the natural gas consumption of the gate station is reduced by 42.9%compared with that before the reconstruction.Controlling the outlet temperature of 1.6 MPa pressure to-5℃can also ensure safe operation,and the natural gas consumption of the gate station is reduced by 54.9%compared with that before the reconstruction.
