摘要
随着社会经济的发展,特别是在信息网络空前发达的背景下,校园欺凌呈现出“社会化”特征。学校在校园欺凌问题管理上面临边界、职权、强制力等多方面困境,亟待结合新趋向构建以其为中心的多方协作治理机制,以遏制校园欺凌事件的“社会化”蔓延。
With the development of social economy,especially under the background of unprecedented development of information network,campus bullying shows the characteristics of“socialization”.The school is facing many difficulties in the management of campus bullying,such as boundary,authority and coercion.It is urgent to build a multi-party cooperative governance mechanism centered on it in combination with the new trend to curb the“socialization”spread of campus bullying.
