Challenges and Countermeasures for the Development of Middle School Teachers’Moral Education Ability From the Perspective of Building Virtue and Cultivating People

中学教师德育能力提高是立德树人的关键,也是引导中学生德智体美劳全面发展的关键。当前中学教师德育能力的发展存在认知能力薄弱、与学科知识融合能力不足、活动组织能力欠缺、评价反思能力缺乏等问题,亟待从夯实基础、提升针对性、完善体系建设等方面加以改进,以促进学生的全面发展与成长。

The improvement of middle school teachers’moral education ability is the key to establish morality and cultivate people,and it is also the key to guide the all-round development of middle school students.The development of middle school teachers’moral education ability has some problems,such as weak cognitive ability,insufficient ability to integrate with subject knowledge,lack of activity organization ability and reflection ability.It is urgent to improve it from the aspects of consolidating the foundation,improving the pertinence,and improving the system construction,so as to promote the growth of students.
