摘要
特殊教育是旨在对有身心缺陷者与有特殊障碍人群的教育,是我国教育系统中的一个重要组成部分。如何发挥好特殊教育教师的作用,是决定我国特殊教育事业成败利钝的决定性因素。调查并探索特殊教育教师群体的工作满意度,了解特教教师真实的个人想法和工作态度,分析目前政策存在的弊端从而提出合适的解决方法,有助于特教队伍持续健康发展。
Special education aims to educate people with physical and mental disabilities and special disabilities.It is an important part of China’s education system.How to give full play to the role of special education teachers is the decisive factor for the success or failure of special education in China.Investigating and exploring the job satisfaction understanding the real personal thoughts and work attitudes of special education teachers,analyzing the shortcomings of current policies and putting forward appropriate solutions will contribute to the sustainable and healthy development of special education teams.
