摘要
作为社会主义国家的古巴始终坚持革命成果理应为全体人民共享,坚持在以“人是主要目标和核心主题”为社会主义首要原则下强化教育公平理念,极力保障全体国民的受教育权和教育资源均等。古巴通过教育法制化、政府各项措施和引导社会参与等实践,逐步建立起完善的覆盖各年龄层次、满足多层次教育需求的免费教育体系,在实现教育公平发展方面取得了国际公认的巨大成就。
As a socialist country,Cuba always insists that the achievements of the Cuban revolution should be shared by all the people.Under the primary socialist principle of“human being is the main goal and the core theme”,the concept of educational equity is strengthened,and the right to education and equal educational resources of all citizens are guaranteed to the utmost.Cuba has gradually established a sound free education system that covers all ages and meets all levels of education needs through institutional guarantee including legalization of education,various measures taken by the government and guiding social participation.Cuba has made internationally recognized great achievements in achieving equitable development in education.
