共同富裕视角下乡村红色资源价值转化机制研究--对浙江省丽水市红色乡镇的扎根分析与实证检验

Research on the Value Transformation Mechanism of Rural“Red Resources”from the Perspective of Common Prosperity——Grounded Analysis and Empirical Test on Red Towns in Lishui City,Zhejiang Province

如何推动革命老区的乡村振兴和共同富裕,是一个值得研究的重要课题。乡村红色资源是革命老区乡村特有的优势资源,推进乡村红色资源的价值转化是促进革命老区乡村振兴的路径选择。文章通过对浙江省丽水市红色乡镇的扎根分析与实证检验,从价值发现、价值创造与价值获取三个方面剖析乡村红色资源价值转化机制。结果表明,在对红色资源保护传承及其价值挖掘识别的基础上,通过以集群创新、精益运营、协同治理、开放协作和数字赋能为内容的红色资源价值创造,能兼顾实现革命老区乡村的经济增长、红绿融合和村民增收。因此,要加快推进乡村红色资源价值转化,积极实施乡村振兴战略,促进全体人民实现共同富裕。

How to promote the Rural Revitalization and common prosperity of the old revolutionary base areas is an important topic worthy of study.Rural red resources,i.e.sites and heritage related to the CPC,are the unique advantageous resources in the old revolutionary areas.Promoting the value transformation of rural red resources is the path choice to promote the Rural Revitalization of the old revolutionary areas.This paper analyzes the value transformation mechanism of the Rural Red Resources from three aspects:value discovery,value creation and value gaining.The results show that based on the protection and inheritance of red resources and the identification of their value exploring,we can achieve economic growth,integrate the red culture and green culture,and increase villagers’income through the value creation of red resources which consists of cluster innovation,lean operation,collaborative governance,open cooperation and digital empowerment.Therefore,we should accelerate the transformation of the value of rural red resources,actively implement the strategy of rural revitalization,and promote the common prosperity of all people.
