摘要
本文通过对北方某发电企业循环水排污水回收系统在实际生产中遇到的问题进行分析,从混凝剂种类、水质变化特点、水温、加药方案、防腐防垢控制等几个方面提出解决问题的措施,找出简单实用的改造方案,达到了循环水排污水回收再利用的目的,对今后循环水排污水回收再利用工作具有指导意义。
Based on the analysis of the problems encountered in the actual production of the recycling system of circulating water and sewage in a power generation enterprise in the north,this paper puts forward the measures to solve the problems from the aspects of coagulant types,water quality change characteristics,water temperature,do sing scheme,anti-corro sion and anti scaling control,finds out a simple and practical transformation scheme,and achieves the purpose of recycling the circulating water and sewage,It has guiding significance for the recycling and reuse of circulating water and sewage in the future.
