摘要
自主开发了一种气升式内循环生活污水处理装置,装置主体结构为立式罐体,内部设置整流筒、排气管等部件。罐内液相在潜水泵的带动下,形成围绕整流筒的内循环流动,同时空气受负压自行进入罐体,随着循环流在罐体中形成含氧量梯度变化,最终使装置内沿轴向构建好氧、兼氧、厌氧三个反应区。该装置拟应用于生活污水就地处理达标,为验证其可行性,设计并加工了处理量为10m^(3)/d的处理装置,于某污水提升泵房进行了为期6d的中试试验。试验结果表明,经处理后的生活污水COD平均值为23.17mg/L,总氮平均值为14.73mg/L,氨氮平均值为1.00mg/L,总磷平均值为0.38mg/L,达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)的一级A类标准。中试试验结果表明,气升式内循环生活污水处理装置具有容积负荷率高、污泥负荷率高、传质效率高、处理效果好、进水污染物浓度设计值范围宽等特点,且装置占地面积小、操作维护简便、运行稳定。
An airlift internal circulation domestic sewage treatment device has been independently developed.The main structure of the device is a vertical tank,which is internally equipped with rectifier,exhaust pipe and other components.D riven by the submersible pump,the liquid phase in the tank forms an internal circulating flow around the rectifier cylinder.At the same time,the air enters the tank by itself under negative pressure.With the circulating flow,the oxygen content gradient changes in the tank,and finally three reaction zone s of aerobic,facultative and anaerobic are built in the device along the axis.The device is intended to be applied to the local treatment of domestic sewage.In order to verify its feasibility,a treatment device with a treatment capacity of 10 m^(3)/d was designed and processed,and a pilot test was carried out in a sewage lifting pump room for 6 days.The test results show that the average value of COD,total nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus of the treated domestic sewage is 23.17 mg/l,14.73 mg/l,1.00 mg/l and 0.38 mg/l,which meets the class a standard of the discharge standard of pollutants for urban sewage treatment plants(GB 18918-2002).The pilot test results show that the airlift internal circulation domestic sewage treatment device has the characteristics of high volume load rate,high sludge load rate,high mass transfer efficiency,good treatment effect,wide range of design values of influent pollutant concentration,and the device covers a small area,simple operation and maintenance,and stable operation.
