串螺与低温干化设备组合工艺在印刷污泥减量中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 本文分析了污泥低温干化设备、叠螺脱水与串螺脱水的作用原理及特点,并结合一家印刷行业龙头企业油墨废水污泥减量的工程实例,介绍了由叠螺更换为串螺,与低温干化设备配套进行污泥减量化的创新组合工艺,污泥含水率从98%降至30%以下,工程已运行稳定3a,维护简便,可24h无人值守远程监控,其经验可为同类工程提供借鉴。 In this paper,the principle and characteristics of sludge low-temperature drying equipment,screw-folding dehydration and screw-string dehydration are analyzed,and the replacement of screw-folding by screw-folding is introduced in the light of an engineering example of ink wastewater sludge reduction in a leading enterprise of printing industry,an innovative combined process of sludge reduction with low temperature drying equipment has reduced the sludge moisture content from 98%to less than 30%.The project has been running steadily for 3 years,and the maintenance is simple and convenient,its experience can provide reference for similar projects.
