摘要
针对某白酒厂的废水,采用“预处理+IC厌氧+二级AO+臭氧深度处理”工艺对原有的“UASB+CASS”工艺进行提标改造。改造后出水COD 88mg/L,NH-N 3.24mg/L,TN 9.02mg/L,TP 0.13mg/L,色度16mg/L,SS 12mg/L,满足《发酵酒精和白酒工业水污染物排放标准》(GB27631-2011)中表2直接排放标准。改造后直接运行费用6~8元/m^(3)。可为同类工程的改造、设计和运行提供参考。
The original UASB+CASS process was upgraded by pretreatment+IC anaerobic+two-stage AO+ozone advanced treatment for wastewater from a white distillery.After treatment,Ineffluent,COD is 88 mg/L,NH~3-N is 3.24 mg/L,TN is 9.02 mg/L,TP is 0.13 mg/L,Chroma is 16 mg/L,SS is 12 mg/L,meeting the direct discharge standards in Table 2 in The Discharge Standards for Water Pollutants in Fermented alcohol and Liquor Industry(GB27631-2011).The direct operation cost after transformation is 6~8 Yuan/m^(3).It can provide reference for the transformation,de sign and operation of similar projects.
