摘要
小儿功能性便秘是小儿消化系统常见疾病之一,易反复发作。推拿治疗小儿功能性便秘操作简便,绿色安全,患儿依从性好等,结合中药汤剂、颗粒剂、膏摩、穴位敷贴更可增强疗效,可根据患儿接受度适当选择。现对中药结合推拿手法治疗小儿功能性便秘的研究进展进行综述。
Functional constipation in children is one of the common diseases of the digestive system in children,which is easy to repeat.Massage treatment of functional constipation in children is easy to operate,green and safe,and the children have good compliance.Combining Chinese medicine decoctions,granules,ointments,and acupoint application can enhance the curative effect.It can be selected according to the children’s acceptance.This article summarizes the research progress of Chinese medicine combined with massage manipulation in the treatment of children with functional constipation.
