西部陆海新通道成渝物流枢纽建设的竞合博弈策略研究

Coopetition Game Strategy for the Construction of Chengdu-Chongqing Logistics Hub in the New Western Land-Sea Corridor

目前,西部陆海新通道物流枢纽建设不断取得成效。针对成渝在物流枢纽运营中的竞合问题,构建了成渝静动态竞合博弈模型,比较分析成渝选择(竞争,竞争),(竞争,合作),(合作,竞争),(合作,合作)4种不同竞合策略组对其收益的影响,进而研究双方竞合策略选择及演化趋势。以成渝班列运输为例进行分析,结果表明:成渝物流枢纽竞合演化博弈存在(竞争,竞争)策略组的劣势均衡解和(合作,合作)策略组的最优均衡解,从收益风险视角来看,长期策略选择合作是成渝收益最优均衡策略。因此,促进成渝由非合作策略转变为合作策略,避免双方在物流枢纽运营上出现“囚徒困境”问题,对于实现西部陆海新通道的高质量发展具有重要作用。

The construction of the logistics hub in the New Western Land-Sea Corridor has been making some achievements to date.To deal with the coopetition problem between Chengdu and Chongqing,this paper first built static and dynamic coopetition game models.Subsequently,it compared and analyzed the effects of four different coopetition strategies which can be adopted by Chengdu and Chongqing on economic income,namely,(competition,competition),(competition,cooperation),(cooperation,competition),and(cooperation,cooperation).Then,the strategy choice and the evolutionary trend for both cities were researched further.The Chengdu and Chongqing train transportation was analyzed in detail and the results are shown as follows.The disadvantaged equilibrium solution of the(competition,competition)strategy and the optimal equilibrium solution of the(cooperation,cooperation)strategy are existed in the coopetition evolutionary game of the Chengdu-Chongqing logistics hub.Cooperation is the optimal equilibrium strategy of Chengdu and Chongqing in long term to maximize the income with the perspective of risk.Therefore,the maintenance of cooperative relationship and the avoidance of the“prisoner’s dilemma”among the logistics hub is a key to promising the high-quality development of the New Western Land-Sea Corridor.
