基于车底使用数量最少的动车组运用计划优化研究

摘要 动车组运用计划的合理编制,能够有效降低高速铁路运营维护成本,提高高速铁路运输组织水平。在保证铁路运输生产安全的前提下,为提高动车组运用效率、减少车底使用数量,将动车组计划编制问题抽象为二维时空网络模型,通过时空网络中的弧段组合方案,描述动车组运用与检修的整体计划,并在考虑动车组初始使用状态和归属动车段的基础上,以动车组车底使用数量最少为优化目标,以动车组与运输任务的匹配条件、接续时间条件、检修周期里程及地点条件等为主要约束,构建0-1整数规划模型,采用CPLEX商业求解器求解。通过算例分析,验证了优化模型的可行性和有效性。研究结果表明:提出的优化方法相比手工编制可节省动车组车底使用数量,且使得动车组平均日车公里数提高12.5%。 In terms of the operation plan of an electric multiple unit(EMU),a reasonable compilation can effectively reduce the operation and maintenance cost of high speed railways and improve the railways’transportation organization level.Under the premise of ensuring the safety of railway transportation production,in order to improve the EMU’s operation efficiency and reduce the number of rolling stocks,this paper constructed a two-dimensional space-time network model to reflect the problem in the EMU operation plan.Through an arc section combination scheme in the network,the paper described the overall plan for EMU’s operation and maintenance.In addition,based on the EMU’s initial service state and the segment that the EMU belongs to,the paper took the minimum number of EMU’s rolling stocks as the optimal objective and established a 0–1 integer programming model,with matching between EMU and transportation task,connection time,and maintenance cycle mileage and location as the main constraints.Furthermore,a CPLEX solver was used to solve the model,and the optimal model was verified to be feasible and effective through an example analysis.The result shows that compared with manual compilation,the optimization method proposed in this paper can reduce the number of EMU’s rolling stocks and increase the average daily mileage by 12.5%.
