摘要 近年来随着货运需求的不断提升,长江经济带翻坝运输能力紧张,各种运输方式作用发挥不平衡、不充分的问题逐渐显现。多式联运是解决长江经济带运输需求与供给矛盾的有效手段。为此,从铁路基础设施布局、与港口衔接情况、货运需求以及主要通道等方面,研究长江经济带铁路多式联运的发展现状,按照时效性、组织形式、适运品类及服务功能等细分市场维度,构建长江经济带铁路多式联运产品谱系架构,设计了面向不同货物品类的沿江班列产品,考虑服务“一带一路”及西部陆海新通道的国际联运产品,以及增值服务产品,从设施补强、组织优化和管理创新等方面提出产品运营的保障措施,为完善长江经济带多式联运服务供给、推进我国综合运输体系建设提供决策依据。 In recent years,as the freight demand continuously increases,the transportation capacity of dam overturning in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is limited,and the unbalanced and insufficient role of various transportation modes is gradually emerging.Multimodal transport is an effective means to solve the contradiction between transport demand and supply in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Therefore,the development of railway multimodal transport in the Yangtze River Economic Belt was studied from the aspects of railway infrastructure layout,connection with ports,freight demand,and main channels.According to the market segmentation dimensions such as timeliness,organization form,suitable transportation categories,and service functions,the product pedigree of railway multimodal transport in the Yangtze River Economic Belt was constructed.Riverside train products for different cargo categories were designed,mainly including international intermodal transport products which serve the“Belt and Road”and new western land-sea corridor,as well as value-added service products.The safeguard measures for product operation have been proposed from the aspects of facility reinforcement,organization optimization,and management innovation.This study provides a decision-making basis for improving the supply of multimodal transport services in the Yangtze River Economic Belt and promoting the construction of China’s comprehensive transportation system.
