注意力测试工具的分类及其在睡眠剥夺干预药物评价中的应用

Classification of attention testing instruments and application in the evaluation of sleep deprivation intervention medications

睡眠剥夺(sleep deprivation,SD)会对人的注意力造成显著损害。评价 SD 对注意力的损害及其干预药物、干预措施时常需要开展SD试验,并使用注意力测试工具评价不同SD条件对人注意力的影响情况。选用合适的注意力测试工具时,需要综合考虑不同方法的优缺点。现通过回顾近年来SD对注意力影响的相关文献,总结归纳注意力测试工具及其分类,分析不同工具在SD干预药物试验中的特点,为注意力测试评价中测试方法的选择提供思路。

Sleep deprivation(SD) causes significant impairment of attentional capacity in humans.The evaluation of SD impairment of attention and its intervention drugs and measures often requires pilot studies of SD and the use of attention testing tools to evaluate the effect of different SD conditions on a person’s attention.It is necessary to comprehensively consider the advantages and disadvantages of different methods and select appropriate attention testing tools.This article reviewed the literature on the effects of SD on attention in recent years,summarized and classified the relevant attention testing tools,analyzed the characteristics of different instruments in drug trials of SD interventions,and to provide ideas for the selection of test methods in the evaluation of attention tests.
