医嘱前置审核系统精细化管理效果评价

The evaluation of effects of fine management of pre-audit system for medical orders

为有效提高不合理医嘱审出率,以全面、个体化保障临床合理用药,促进患者用药安全,现就医嘱前置审核系统,即医疗及智能决策支持系统进行精细化修订和增补。该文探讨了对围手术期手术预防用抗菌药物的选择及用药剂量、特殊级抗菌药物管控、药品对不同适应证的用法和用量、肾功能不全患者用药、药物相互作用、血药浓度监测提醒、出院带药疗程等进行精细化设置后,对用药合理性及患者住院次均药费等的影响。

In order to effectively improve the detection rate of irrational medical orders,comprehensively and individually ensure clinical rational drug use and promote the safety of inpatients’medication use,the pre-audit system--medical intelligent and decision system(MINDs)of routine inpatient medical orders,was refined and revised and supplemented.This article discussed the effect of refined setting of pre-audit system rules on rational use of drug and average drug cost per hospitalization after the selection and dosage of perioperative prevention surgery with antibacterial drug,the selection of special class of antimicrobial agents,the usage and dosage of drugs under different indications,the selection of drugs for patients with renal insufficiency,drug interaction,blood drug concentration monitoring warning and discharge medication from hospital.
