摘要
防静电设施材料和性状多样化的发展,防静电电阻测试仪更多被使用在了不规则、不确定的设备设施上。本项目针对防静电电阻测试仪在对材料电阻进行测试时,需要考虑材料、环境等非电阻测量的影响,研究了基于直接测量法的防静电电阻测试仪校准技术,分析了测试电极、输出电压、被测材料对测试结果的影响,探讨利用双电极静电电阻测试方法,在不同接触压力下对不同防静电材料的静电泄漏电阻进行测量。
With the development of diversified materials and properties of anti-static facilities, anti-static resistance testers are more used in irregular and uncertain equipment and facilities. This project aims to consider the influence of materials, environment and other non-resistance measurements when the anti-static resistance tester is testing the resistance of material. The calibration technology of the anti-static resistance tester based on the direct measurement method is studied, and the test electrode and output voltage are analyzed. The impact of the tested material on the test results, the overall scheme design and device development of two sets of calibration devices of the weight type and parallel electrode type have been completed. The two-electrode electrostatic resistance test method is used to test different antistatic materials under different contact pressures, and static leakage resistance is measured.
