NaAlCl4/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)@ZSM-5空心微球核壳复盐催化剂的制备及歧化性能研究

摘要 利用浸渍法将复盐NaAlCl_(4)负载在空心微球表面,对比不同硅铝摩尔比下催化剂的性能,研究了不同温度、不同NaAlCl_(4)负载质量分数(4%、8%、12%、16%)下催化剂的催化效率,利用XRD、BET、SEM、TEM、FT-IR、EDS等对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,在硅铝摩尔比为150、反应温度为200℃、复盐负载质量分数为8%、催化剂质量为0.7 g时,催化性能最好。 NaAlClis loaded on the surface of hollow microspheres through an impregnation method,and NaAlCl_(4)/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)@ZSM-5 hollow microsphere core-shell catalysts are prepared.The performance of the catalysts with different Si/Al ratios is compared,the catalytic efficiencies of the catalysts are investigated under different temperatures and different loading ratios of NaAlCl_(4).In addition,the catalysts are characterized by means of XRD,BET,SEM,TEM,FT-IR,EDS,etc.The results suggest that the catalyst shows the best catalytic performance when the reaction temperature is at 200℃,the loading content of NaAlClis 8%,and the mass of catalyst is 0.7 g.
