多种电极电氧化深度处理焦化废水生化出水的研究 被引量:3

Advanced treatment of biochemical effluent from coking wastewater by electro-oxidation of various anodes

摘要 考察了电氧化方法处理焦化废水生化出水的效果和可行性。选取3种不同类型的阳极材料(BDD电极、亚氧化钛电极和钌钛电极)进行电氧化评价,考察了电流密度、溶液初始pH和废水流速对反应结果的影响。结果表明,3个因素对3种电极氧化效果的影响趋势是一致的,从电氧化能力来看,BDD电极电氧化能力最强(COD去除率>95%),亚氧化钛电极次之(COD去除率维持在60%左右),最差的是钌钛电极(COD去除率保持在45%左右)。 The effect and feasibility using the electro-oxidation method to treat with the biochemical effluent of coking wastewater is studied.Three different types of anode materials(BDD electrode,titanium suboxide electrode and ruthenium titanium electrode)are selected for evaluating the electrooxidation,and the effects of current density,initial aqueous pH of the solution and wastewater flow rate on the reaction results are investigated.It is found that these three factors exhibit the same influence rule on the oxidation effect of these three types of electrodes.From the perspective of the electrooxidation ability,BDD electrode shows the strongest electrooxidation ability,over which the removal rate of COD exceeds 95%,followed by titanium suboxide electrode,with a COD removal rate more than 60%.The removal rate of COD by ruthenium-titanium electrode maintains at about 45%.
