基于Delphi-TM的建筑设计参数评价体系指标筛选及构建

Research on screening method of architectural design parameter index based on Delphi-Text Mining

基于德尔菲评价和文本挖掘技术(Delphi-TM),针对冬奥会非竞赛场馆的“绿色、健康”目标导向,综合主、客观评价,快速、准确地反映建筑设计参数指标在不同目标下的重要性。筛选得到105项设计参数,构建设计参数评价指标框架,运用AHP法进行权重计算,为建筑师提供了一种可进行多目标导向判断的设计参数评价体系。

By using Delphi-TM method, combined with the non-competition stadiums for the Winter Olympic Games, this research proposes a method for screening architectural design parameters, which can be used for multi-goal-oriented judgments, obtaining 105 design parameters under the guidance of “green and healthy” goals by using Delphi-TM method which combines subjective and objective evaluations, and can quickly and accurately reflect the importance of architectural design parameter indexes under different goals, providing architects with effective architectural design parameter indexes.
