基于积极心理学联合动机性访谈的延续性护理干预在脑卒中患者中的应用效果

Effects of continuous nursing based on positive psychology combined with motivational interviewing in stroke patients

目的探讨基于积极心理学联合动机性访谈的延续性护理干预对脑卒中患者预后的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2018年1月—2020年1月临汾市人民医院收治的120例脑卒中患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各60例。院外干预期间,对照组失访3例、自动退出2例,观察组自动退出2例,最终对照组纳入55例脑卒中患者,观察组纳入58例脑卒中患者。对照组患者给予常规脑卒中延续性护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施积极心理学联合动机性访谈。比较干预前后两组患者状态自尊量表(SSES)、SWB单项人脸表情问卷评分情况。结果干预后,观察组患者SSES各维度得分、SWB单项人脸问卷得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于积极心理学联合动机性访谈的延续性护理干预可有效提高脑卒中患者的自尊水平和主观幸福感。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing based on positive psychology combined with motivational interviewing on the prognosis of stroke patients.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,120 stroke patients admitted to Linfen People's Hospital were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,60 cases in each group.During the out-of-hospital intervention,3 cases in the control group were lost to follow-up,2 cases were automatically withdrawn,and 2 cases in the observation group were automatically withdrawn.Finally,55 stroke patients were included in the control group,and 58 stroke patients were included in the observation group.The patients in the control group were given routine stroke continuous nursing,and the patients in the observation group were given positive psychology combined with motivational interviewing on the basis of the control group.The scores of the State Self-Esteem Scale(SSES)and Subjective Well-being(SWB)Scale were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the scores of each dimension of SSES and the SWB Scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous nursing based on positive psychology combined with motivational interviewing can effectively improve the self-esteem and subjective well-being of stroke patients.
