江苏省11所三级医院ICU身体约束管理的现状调查

Status of physical restraint management in ICU of 11 Class Ⅲ hospitals in Jiangsu Province

目的了解江苏省三级医院ICU身体约束管理现状,并分析其存在的问题。方法采用便利抽样法,于2021年7—9月选取江苏省11所三级医院的246名ICU护士为研究对象,采用自行设计的ICU身体约束管理现状调查表对其进行调查。结果246名ICU护士中,95.12%(234/246)的护士希望自己接受更多与患者身体约束相关的培训;21.54%(53/246)的护士表示所在科室未成立身体约束质量管理小组进行监督;8.94%(22/246)的护士进行身体约束评估时未使用评估工具;17.07%(42/246)的护士表示所在医院或科室未将身体约束率纳入护理敏感指标。结论江苏省三级医院在ICU身体约束管理方面存在不足,医院应逐步建立规范化的培训流程和管理体系。

Objective To explore the current situation of Intensive Care Unit(ICU)physical restraint management in ClassⅢhospitals in Jiangsu Province,and analyze its existing problems.Methods From July to September 2021,convenience sampling was used to select 246 ICU nurses from 11 ClassⅢhospitals in Jiangsu Province as the research objects.The self-designed ICU Physical Restraint Management Questionnaire was used to investigate the nurses.Results Among 246 ICU nurses,95.12%(234/246)wished to receive training related to patient physical restraint,and 21.54%(53/246)of nurses said that their department did not set up a physical restraint quality management team to supervise.A total of 8.94%(22/246)of ICU nurses did not use assessment tools for physical restraint assessment,and 17.07%(42/246)of nurses indicated that their hospital or department did not include physical restraint rate as a sensitive indicator of nursing.Conclusions The ClassⅢhospitals in Jiangsu Province have deficiencies in ICU physical restraint management.Hospitals should gradually establish standardized training procedures and management systems.
