机器视觉系统在家居木制品制造工业机器人中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 随着我国传统制造业向智能制造的转型升级与相关研究的不断深入,当代工业机器人朝着自动化、网络化以及智能化方向发展。机器视觉作为智能制造系统的核心技术之一,凭借灵活、高效、准确等特性受到广泛关注从而应用于各个领域,并且成为工业机器人走向智能化的重要驱动力之一。机器视觉系统在家具、木地板等产品制造领域可以通过视觉识别、检测、测量和引导,提高生产精度和效率。基于此,主要针对家居木制品智能制造领域,介绍机器视觉系统组成、工作原理,分析其在家居木制品智能制造工业机器人中的应用方式、分类和优势。为机器视觉技术在家具、木地板等产品制造领域的底层建设、发展和应用推广发挥积极作用。 With the transformation and upgrading process of traditional manufacturing industry and the deepening of related research,contemporary industrial robots are developing towards automation,networking and intelligence. As one of the core technologies of intelligent manufacturing system,efficient,stable and flexible machine vision is widely used in various fields and has become one of the important driving forces for the intelligentization of industrial robots. The main application of machine vision in the field of furniture manufacturing is recognition,detection,measurement and guidance. Based on this,the composition and working principle of machine vision technology are introduced in detail. The application mode and current situation of machine vision technology in furniture intelligent manufacturing industrial robots are analyzed in detail. The research will play a positive role in promoting the rapid application and development of machine vision technology in furniture manufacturing.
