家用边几的用户细分及设计要点

User Segmentation and Design Focus of Household Side Table

以了解用户在不同环境下对边几的需求、减少此类家具同质化现象为目的,采用线上调研的方法,根据用户评价、用户提问中的用户反馈信息,统计与分析用户使用边几的情境、行为、目的及需求,以此来细分用户。将用户对边几的需求分为办公需求、休闲需求、儿童学习需求、摆物需求和介助老人吃饭需求5类,并针对上述5类需求提出了边几的设计要点。办公边几应更注重人机尺寸的合理性、可调节性与可储物性;休闲边几应更注重使用的灵活性与可搭配性;儿童学习边几应更注重可调节性、互动性与安全性;摆物边几应更注重承重性与融入性;介助老人吃饭边几应更注重易用性、关怀性与安全性。

In order to improve the homogenization of furniture at the present stage and meet the different needs of different users in different environments,the usage scenario of edge tables was analyze and the user’s behavior and purpose when using edge tables were statistically analyzed by collecting user feedback through online research. Base on the user subdivision according to the user’s use purpose from the usage scenario of side tables,the needs of different users for side tables in combination with user behavior were resolved. The user needs can be divided into five categories:office needs,leisure needs,children’s learning needs,material needs and helping the elderly eating. The research will provide direction for the design of several types of furniture and avoid furniture homogenization.
