摘要
论文提出舆论动力结构并揭示其作用机制。新媒体舆论场上,以媒体、公众、政务新媒体为主导的三种力量相互影响、制约,丰富舆论内涵层次,左右舆论的方向。在新场域中,政法新媒体发挥舆论引导力,其专业性的提高至关重要。针对现实,重点在于解决四方面问题:消解事实误读、突破舆论审判之争、摒弃泛娱乐化倾向、破解话语冲突。结合理论,本文在新闻事实引导角度、“舆论审判”界定及其认识论分歧、泛娱乐化内涵范畴、煽情舆论构成、道德语言与法律语言内在冲突等方面亦展现了新的认识。
This article focuses on the public opinion dynamic structure and reveals its working mechanism. On the public media field of new media,the free forces of media,public and government new media,which are mutually influential and restrictive,enrich and steer the public opinion. In this context,it is important to improve the professionalism to enhance the guiding force of public opinion for new media in politics and law. In response to practical problems,it is imperative to eliminate misinterpretations of facts,break through the dispute of public opinion trial,abandon pan-entertainment tendency,and resolve discourse conflict. Based on relevant theories,the author offers new viewpoints on news factual guidance,concept of "public opinion trial" and its epistemological differences,pan-entertainment connotation category,composition of sensational public opinion,and internal conflict between moral language and legal language.
