Smart communication is a new generation of information communication system supported by a variety of high-precision technologies. Satellite navigation,supercomputer,cloud technology and positioning technologies provide solid technical foundation for the three 5G enabled application scenarios. It is of "iconic" significance in the journey of China’s new liberal arts construction to study the intelligent communication technology support system with clear hierarchies and interwoven penetration,build smart communication theory with Chinese characteristics supported by the technical system,and enhance the academic confidence of China’s news communication theory in the new era of smart communication.
