摘要
针对颅骨损伤患者术后康复外部保护问题,使用逆向工程和医学影像技术重构CT扫描数据,设计出光滑壁面和交叉筋条2种聚乳酸保护罩结构,通过CAE数值分析发现,交叉筋条保护罩相对于光滑壁面保护罩外表面温度分布不集中,有利于降温,而且,其等效应力、等效弹性应变相对较小,结构更优。为了提高交叉筋条保护罩的力学性能,通过试验件填充密度、层厚、填充图案以及拉伸强度信噪比响应分析,优化保护罩增材制造成型过程,得出了试验件最优工艺参数,即层厚为0.1 mm,填充密度为100%,填充图案为网格,并按照最优参数对交叉筋条保护罩进行增材成型。聚乳酸交叉筋条保护罩有利于扩展聚乳酸的应用领域,并为颅脑术后康复外部保护装置提供一种可行性方案。
Aiming at the problem of external protection for postoperative rehabilitation of patients with skull injury,reverse engineering and medical imaging technology were used to reconstruct CT scan data,and two kinds of polylactic acid protective cover structures,smooth wall and cross stiffeners were designed.Through CAE numerical analysis,it was found that the external surface temperature distribution of cross stiffener protective cover was not concentrated compared with that of smooth wall protective cover,which was conducive to cooling,and the equivalent stress and equivalent elastic strain were relatively small,so the structure was better.To improve the mechanical properties of cross stiffeners protective cover,the additive manufacturing process of the protective cover was optimized by filling density,layer thickness,filling pattern,and signal-to-noise ratio response analysis of tensile strength.The optimal process parameters of the test piece were obtained,which the layer thickness was 0.1 mm,the filling density was 100%,and the filling pattern was mesh.The proposal of polylactic acid cross stiffeners protective cover is conducive to expanding the application field of polylactic acid and providing a feasible scheme for the external protection device of rehabilitation after the craniocerebral operation.
