摘要
废弃聚酯的排出量大,但回收利用率较低,造成了大量资源浪费和严重的环境问题。循环回收是节约大量资源、减少工业废弃物的堆积的有效途径,从而缓解经济及环境压力。化学法再利用指利用化学处理方法将聚酯降解制备单体原料或者中间体降解产物,产物经提纯回收后,可再次用于生产聚酯或其他化工产品实现废弃资源再利用。综述了国内外废弃聚酯化学法再利用的进展,对比了各种降解方法的优势及缺陷,同时分析了不同因素对化学降解的影响,并且介绍了降解产物循环的先进应用,开发高效无害的降解工艺与再生功能化产品是废弃聚酯未来的发展趋势。
The discharge of waste polyester is large,but the recycling rate is low,causing a lot of waste of resources and serious environmental problems.Recycling is an effective way to save a lot of resources and reduce the accumulation of industrial waste,thereby alleviating economic and environmental pressure.The chemical reuse refers to the use of chemical treatment methods to degrade polyester to monomer raw materials or intermediate degradation products.After purification and recovery,the products can be reused to produce polyester or other chemical products to realize the reuse of waste resources.The progress of chemical reuse of waste polyester is reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages of various degradation methods are compared.At the same time,it analyzes the influence and law of different factors on chemical degradation,and introduces the advanced application of product recycling after degradation,prospects for the reuse of chemical methods:the development of efficient and harmless degradation processes and renewable functional products is the future trend.
