基于3D-3D牙模叠加比较的个体识别方法在上海市人群中应用的可行性 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨基于3D-3D牙模叠加比较的个体识别方法在上海市人群中的可行性。方法 采集20名志愿者的口内扫描模型(上、下牙列),共40例(A组)。间隔6个月后,再次采集每位志愿者的口内扫描模型,共40例(B组)。此外,从医院数据库中搜集30位患者口内扫描模型,共60例(C组)。将A组vs B组定义为匹配组,将A组vs C组定义为不匹配组。使用Geomagic Control X软件修剪、叠加对齐数字3D牙模,并计算模型间对应点-点距离的RMS值。使用独立样本T检验进行组间差异分析。结果 整体而言(不考虑性别),上牙列的匹配组、不匹配组RMS值范围分别为0.019~0.118 mm、0.723~1.872 mm,组间RMS均值差异显著(P <0.001);下牙列的匹配组、不匹配组RMS值范围分别为0.008~0.114 mm、0.816~1.853 mm,组间RMS均值差异显著(P <0.001)。结论 不重叠的RMS值范围初步证明了本研究所采用的基于3D-3D牙模叠加比较的个体识别方法在上海市人群中具有一定的应用价值。 Objective To explore the feasibility of an individual identification method based on 3D-3D tooth model superimposition in Shanghai population. Methods A total of 40 intraoral scan models(maxillary and mandibular teeth)were collected from 20 individuals(group A). The intraoral scanning model of each volunteer was collected again after 6 month, a total of 40 cases(group B). In addition, for a total of 60 instances, intraoral scan models of another 30 individuals were obtained from the hospital database(group C). The matched group was defined as the groups A and B, whereas the mismatched group was defined as the groups A and C. Geomagic Control X software was used to trim and overlay the digital 3D dental models, and to calculate the root mean square(RMS) values of the associated point-to-point distances between the models. An independent samples t-test was used for the analysis of differences between groups. Results Overall (regardless of gender), the range of RMS values in the upper teeth was 0.019 ~ 0.118 mm and 0.723 ~ 1.872 mm for the matched and unmatched groups respectively, with a significant difference in the mean RMS values between the groups(P < 0.001). The range of RMS values in the lower teeth was 0.008 ~ 0.114 mm and 0.816 ~ 1.853 mm for the matched and unmatched groups respectively, with a significant difference(P < 0.001). Conclusion The range of non-overlapping RMS values preliminarily confirmed that the individual identification approach based on 3D-3D tooth model superimposition used in this study have some practical value in the Shanghai population.
