摘要
未来10到20年,生物经济体量预计可达2万亿到4万亿美元,其中将近一半将来自医疗卫生。人类健康需求将引导核心生物技术的持续创新与突破,后者将不断满足人类健康需求和经济发展。再生医学是以生物材料为核心、以再生因子及干细胞为重要元素,通过重建再生微环境来修复损伤的组织器官。再生医学关键技术的不断突破正在让一些不治之症变成可治之症,也进一步推动人体所有组织器官修复乃至体外制造成为可能。以人体组织器官护理、修复及置换等为主要业务的“人体4S店”正在变成现实,它将带来比汽车4S店更巨大的经济体量。要加速再生医学核心技术的转化与产业的发展,必须构建促进再生医学产业发展的微环境,即通过打造产业集群形成从原料到临床服务的产业链,配套以政策及产业基金扶持、人才培养、监管政策研究、知识产权服务、产品检测及注册服务等重要要素。
In the next 10 to 20 years,the size of bioeconomy is expected to reach $2 trillion to $4 trillion,nearly half of which will come from health care.Human health needs will guide the continuous innovation and breakthrough of core biotechnology,and the latter will in turn continue to meet human health needs and economic development.Regenerative medicine is to repair damaged tissues and organs by rebuilding regenerative microenvironment with biomaterials as the core and regenerative factors and stem cells as important elements.The continuous breakthrough of key technologies in regenerative medicine is turning some incurable diseases into curable ones,further increasing the possibility in the repair of all human tissues and organs and even in vitro manufacturing.The "Human Body 4S Shop" with human tissue and organ care,repair and replacement as the main business is becoming a reality,which will bring more economic output than Automobile 4S Shop.To accelerate the application of the core technology of regenerative medicine and the development of the industry,it is necessary to build a microenvironment to promote its development,which requires the formation of an industrial chain from raw materials to clinical services by creating industrial clusters,supplemented by support policies,industrial funds,professional training,regulatory policy research,intellectual property services,product testing and registration services.
