摘要
从运载交通油箱实际需求出发,以聚氨酯改性环氧树脂为基料树脂,以聚醚胺复配聚酰胺为固化剂,制备了一种附着性能优异的防燃油扩散涂料;系统研究了羟基环氧树脂加量、固化剂的选择和复配、高低沸点溶剂复配比例及助剂的搭配对涂层性能的影响。制备的防燃油扩散涂料具有极高的断裂伸长率及优异的拉伸强度,对油箱苛刻的腐蚀环境具有良好的抗耐性。
Based on the actual demand of fuel tanks for carrier transportation, an anti-fuel diffusion coatings with excellent adhesion was prepared by using polyurethane modified epoxy resin as component A, and polyetheramine compound polyamide as curing agent. The effect of addition of hydroxyl epoxy resin, the selection of curing agent, the mixing ratio of high boiling point solvents and low boiling point solvents and the combination of auxiliaries on the coatings’ properties were systematically investigated. The prepared antifuel diffusion coatings has high elongation at break and excellent tensile strength, it also protect fuel tanks from the harsh corrosive environment.
