摘要
为解决涂胶线体PVC底涂防护胶喷涂过程人工、遮蔽材料、PVC胶等方面的浪费问题,通过采用国际先进的机器人3D胶枪枪头进行喷涂,UBC机器人配置定量缸,对喷涂胶流量、机器人枪头轨迹极限位置进行精确控制,配合多角度喷涂姿态,实现PVC底涂防护胶喷涂过程取消遮蔽工艺。
In order to solve the waste problem of artificial, shielding material, PVC glue and other aspects during the spraying process of PVC bottom coating protective glue, the UBC robot is equipped with quantitative cylinder by adopting the internationally advanced robot 3D glue gun gun head to spray,accurately control the flow rate of spraying glue and the limit position of the trajectory of the robot’s gun head, and cooperate with the multi-angle spraying posture to realize the elimination of masking process in the spraying process of PVC bottom coating protective glue.
