China Guideline for the Screening, Early Detection and Early Treatment of Gastric Cancer(2022, Beijing)

胃癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,严重威胁我国居民生命健康。胃癌高风险人群接受筛查和早诊早治能够有效降低胃癌的发病率和死亡率。制定符合中国国情的胃癌筛查与早诊早治指南,将促进中国胃癌筛查的同质性和规范性,提高胃癌筛查的效果。中国胃癌筛查与早诊早治指南受国家卫生健康委员会疾病预防控制局的委托与指导,由国家癌症中心发起,联合多学科专家,整合胃癌筛查与早诊早治领域的国内外研究进展,同时考虑中国国情和胃癌筛查的实际经验,根据世界卫生组织推荐的指南制定原则和方法,针对胃癌筛查过程中的筛查人群、技术、流程等给出了基于证据的推荐,旨在保证胃癌筛查与早诊早治效果,为中国的胃癌防控提供科学依据。

Gastric cancer(GC) is a major digestive tract malignancy in China, which seriously threatens the health of Chinese population. A large number of researches have demonstrated that screening, early detection and early treatment are effective in reducing the incidence and mortality of GC. The development of the guideline for GC screening, early detection and early treatment in line with epidemic characteristics of GC in China will greatly promote the homogeneity and standardization, and improve the effect of GC screening. This guideline was commissioned by the Bureau of Disease Control and Prevention of the National Health Commission. The National Cancer Center of China initiated and convened a working group comprising multidisciplinary experts. Following the World Health Organization Handbook for Guideline Development, this guideline combined the most up-to-date evidence of GC screening, China’s national conditions, and practical experience in cancer screening. This guideline provided evidence-based recommendations with respect to the screening population, technology and procedure management, aiming to improve the effect of GC screening and provide scientific evidence for the GC prevention and control in China.
