知信行健康指导对肌骨超声介入治疗患者健康行为和生存质量的影响

Effects of knowledge,belief,practice,health guidance on the health behavior and life quality of patients undergoing musculoskeletal ultrasound interventional therapy

目的探讨分析知信行健康指导对肌骨超声介入治疗患者健康行为、生存质量的影响。方法选择2020年1月至2021年1月接受肌骨超声介入治疗的80例患者,随机抽取患者分组研究,接受基础护理干预患者40例为对照组,接受知信行健康指导患者40例为研究组,对2组患者的护理结局进行对照分析。结果研究组护理后健康知识评分,相较对照组评分要明显较高(P<0.05);护理前2组健康知识评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组护理后健康行为评分,相较对照组评分要明显较高(P<0.05);护理前2组健康知行为评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组护理后配合度,相较对照组配合度明显较高(P<0.05);研究组护理后生活质量评分,相较对照组评分明显较高(P<0.05);护理前2组生活质量评分对比,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论肌骨超声介入治疗患者,接受知信行健康指导,可以有效加强患者健康知识掌握程度,以及健康行为,进而提升患者生活质量,具有较高的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the effects of Effects of knowledge,belief,practice,health guidance on the health behavior and life quality of patients undergoing musculoskeletal ultrasound interventional therapy.Methods A total of 80patients who underwent musculoskeletal ultrasound interventional treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 40 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated by basic nursing intervention,however,thosein research group were treated by knowledge,belief,practice,health guidance.The nursing outcomes were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing intervention there were no significant differences in the scores of health knowledge between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the scores of health knowledge in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover degree of cooperation,and life quality scores in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients undergoing musculoskeletal ultrasound interventional therapy,receiving knowledge,belief,practice,health guidance can effectively improve the mastering degree of health knowledge and health behaviors,thereby improving the life quality of atients,therefore,which is higher clinical application value.
