儿童动脉缺血性脑卒中的诊治进展

Research progress of diagnosis and treatment of pediatric arterial ischemic stroke

儿童动脉缺血性脑卒中(arterial ischemic stroke,AIS)是造成儿童死亡的十大原因之一。由于儿童AIS的临床表现多种多样,危险因素多样,神经影像学的执行困难等使儿童脑卒中的诊断常被漏诊,误诊或延误诊治,对儿童身心发育危害性大,且发病率有逐年上升趋势,因此,本文主要对儿童动脉缺血性脑卒中的高危因素、临床特点、诊断、治疗的研究进展进行文献综述如下。

The pediatric arterial ischemic stroke(AIS)is one of the top 10 causes of death in children.Because of the variety of clinical manifestations of AIS in children,the low suspicion of doctors in the process of diagnosis and treatment,the diversity of risk factors,and the difficulty of neuroimaging,the diagnosis of AIS in children is often missed,misdiagnosed or delayed.AIS is harmful to children’s physical and mental development,and its incidence rate is increasing year by year.This article reviews the risk factors,clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of arterial ischemic stroke in children.
