知信行模式在消化系统内镜检查中的干预效果

Intervention effects of knowledge,attitude and practice nursing mode in digestive system;endoscopy

目的探讨知信行护理模式对消化系统内镜检查自我效能、心理及并发症的影响。方法2019年3月至2020年2月进行消化内镜检查的80例患者为研究对象,随机平均分为2组,观察组40例患者选择知信行护理模式,对照组40例患者选择常规护理模式,比较2组患者的知信行评分、自我效能评分、焦虑评分(SAS)、抑郁评分(SDS)、并发症及护理满意度。结果观察组患者护理后的防护知识、防护态度以及防护行为的知信行评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),日常生活、健康行为、药物治疗、遵医行为以及自我效能总评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),SAS与SDS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组消化道感染、穿孔、出血以及胰腺炎等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),护理总满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论知信行护理模式对消化内镜检查有良好的作用,能够提升患者健康知识、诊疗信念、正确行为的水平,同时提高自我效能,改善不良心理,减少内镜检查的相关并发症,提高护理满意度,是消化内镜检查较为理想的护理模式。

Objective To investigate the effects of knowledge,attitude and practice nursing mode on the self-efficacy,psychology and complications of patients undergoing digestive endoscopy.Methods Eighty patients who underwent digestive endoscopy in our hospital from March 2019 to February 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in observation group were treated by knowledge,attitude and practice nursing mode,however,those in control group were treated by routine nursing mode.The KAP score,self-efficacy score,anxiety score(SAS),depression score(SDS),complications and nursing satisfaction degree of patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The scores of knowledge,attitude and behavior of protection in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).And the total scores of daily life,health behavior,drug treatment,compliance behavior and self-efficacy in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),however,the SAS scores and SDS scores were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the incidence rates of gastrointestinal infection,perforation,bleeding and pancreatitis in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),but,the nursing satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The knowledge,attitude and practice nursing mode has better effects for patients who receive digestive endoscopy,which can improve the levels of health knowledge,diagnosis and treatment belief,correct behavior as well as the self-efficacy and bad emotions of patients,and decrease the incidence of complications,therefore,it is an ideal nursing mode.
