无隙衔接助产护理在初产妇中的应用

Application effects of seamless connection midwifery nursing in primipara

目的观察无隙衔接助产护理在初产妇中的应用效果。方法选取2019年3~10月产检建档的100例初产妇为研究样本,2019年3~6月纳入的50例研究样本设为对照组,2019年7~10月纳入的50例研究样本设为试验组,对照组初产妇按常规孕产护理模式施护,试验组接受无隙衔接助产护理干预,对2组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果试验组分干预后分娩自我效能评分、心理弹性评分和助产护理满意度评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将无隙衔接助产护理应用于初产妇之中,可显著提升初产妇分娩自我效能,优化其分娩情况,深受初产妇高度认可。

Objective To investigate the application effects of seamless connection midwifery nursing in primipara.Methods One hundred primiparas who underwent antenatal examination in our hospital from March 2019 to October 2019 were enrolled in the study,of whom,those from March 2019 to June 2019 were enrolled as control group,and those from July 2019 to October 2019 were enrolled as experimental group.The primiparas in control group were treated by routine maternity nursing,however,those in experimental group were treated by seamless intervening midwifery nursing intervention.The related indexes were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of childbirth selfefficacy,and psychological resilience scores as well as midwifery care satisfaction degree scores in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of seamless connection midwifery care can significantly improve the delivery self-efficacy of primiparas and optimize their delivery status,which is highly approved by primiparas.
